Inhibits argument
When a company compete by copying or taking cues from competitors, it is a highly uncompetitive process. When it drives others to lower margin since it didn't have over head of research, others will go out of business or have lowered incentive to innovate. A company who copy will not innovate. It reduced choices for consumers. Samsung is just flooding the market with products.
