You do wonder about the bystanders. You'd think there would be some pretty large lawsuits for that.
Cops here unload all the time. Insanity, imho, the faster you fire, the less accurate you'll be.
Also is further evidence that citizens with guns would simply massacre each other. I can just see a bunch of people pulling guns, then more pulling guns and everyone starts aiming at each other 'cause non one knows who the hell the "bad" guy is, just a bunch of idiots with guns...and everyone just shoots each other.
It'll happen sometime.
