Touchscreen is not a new thing and to copyright the way you use fingers to navigate is rediculous.
Take a keyboard as an example of a navigation device.
In (apple) final cut pro if I press cmd and + it zooms into the canvas.
In adobe photoshop if I press cmd and + it zooms into the canvas.Same function same effect different programs different companies... seriously man it's really ghey!!!
