yes, clever. let's pin this on the teabagger argument of the stupidity of government and why we need guns to protect our "property rights". I see you cleverly avoid the larger issue - as to why water rights are suddenly being enforced in odd corners of the nation - via lobbying of the big energy/fracking industry who need enormous water rights to do their business as water grows scarce. How come out of nowhere some guy fighting for his water right property in bumfuck oregon has some hundred year old law be applied to his land depriving him his rights. I bet if you google "fracking" and "oregon" you'll probably find your answer. Or it's agribusiness. (In Or. prob that) It has nothing to do with government and everything to do with corporate lobbies capture of government to ensure the little guy is fucked from using the power of government to protect the rights that government previously secured for the little guy's property. One dollar=one vote these days you know.

Go get your gun and shoot up Shell or Monsanto. Oh wait, you'll be a "lone wolf whacko tree-hugger environmental terrorist" then, right? All about property rights, indeed. Your target is wrong though.

If you cant figure it out then lord have mercy on us all... lol

    • Government is on the side of fracking, not the self-reliant individual.melq
    • And, it's not just fracking. Check out the water rights issues in CO. Try being a small farmer in GA during this drought.melq
