Sorry it has been awhile since politics has made it to the top but this needs to be read:
Tibet : Tibetan woman immolates in protest against Chinese rule
There are fresh reports of yet another self-immolation in Tibet. Dolker Tso, mother's name Sangay Tso,aged around 26 immolated in Amdo province of occupied Tibet has reportedly died from the flame.This latest self-immolation happened today at about 2.30 pm (Tibet Time) in protest against Chinese occupation of Tibet.She is a resident of Tsoe Tasar region , from Dhasar village ,self-immolated nearby Khanlo kul Tsoe monastery. Her body is now inside the Monastery and many local people is geathering there, making prayers and circumbulations.more here:
