    NO!!!!! Don't take it. Stay natural.

    The shit works, technically. Pre-workout drink definitely works (I was using No-Explode). Creatine also works but I felt like it was just giving me blood-filled mass without definition. Post-workout, meh.

    The problem I had was I think it gave me a chemical imbalance or something like that (which ended up being more dangerous than it sounds). I went to the doctors, had all of these big tests done, etc. Dr said from the beginning, just stay off of that stuff for a while but I didn't because it helped a lot when working out. So I learned the hard way.

    I was having heart palpitations, anxiousness (the worst of everything), sweating, nervousness. I just wasn't right. I actually felt like I was chemically controlled. At one point I felt like I was having a heart attack and that the world was coming down on me. Not good. VERY scary. There's just too many chemicals, too much caffeine in that shit. It's like putting supercharged gasoline into your minivan. Your body just isn't meant to handle things like that.

    I stopped taking all of that shit. 6 months later, I'm back to normal. That was the 2nd time that happened, FYI. The first time I didn't understand and it wasn't as harsh.

    Taking that kind of stuff will get you to where you want faster but it comes with risks.
