    Thanks Raniator.
    I'm actually not taking too much protein as i'm concentrating more on cardio but i do take it when i've done weights. (mainly cos some guy fed me the bullshit about how it gave my muscles quicker recovery)

    anyway i've been using this (sample pack some gave me which is pretty good)


    Cellucor C4 Extreme
    And then prior to that i have this which is like rocket fuel

    No Explode

    I'm probably coming off like some sort of fanatical meat-head now
