3. No (but it does depend what you take)Nothing wrong with a good quality protein shake, but not really much using those if you are ONLY doing cardio at the moment.
The world of supplements is a complicated game, there a hundreds of things and most are either useless or pointless unless you are some kind of super athlete/professional body builder.
Stick to a clean diet and train hard and you'll see results.
