    creatine can be dangerous, you will increase your muscle mass and will have a little more strength, but it will stop when you stop taking it... and you cannot be on creatine for ever.

    also you are twice as likely to get an injury as it will develop your muscle mass but your joints and soft tissues will remain the same. I learnt that the hard way and had to stop training for half a year.

    lastly, if you are not training when you stop taking it be prepare to buy a bra...

    whey protein in that respect is better but you will fart as you never ever thought you could.
