    A lot of supplements are pure BS. Diet is the most important supplement to exercise, not some snake-oil shit you can buy at GNC.

    If you absolutely must supplement try and stick to stuff that actually does something like whey protein (building mass - not muscle!) and creatine (but only use creatine if you know when and how to use it).
