    Hey mate
    "this energy powder" is rather vague.

    If by that you mean cocaine, quite likely your performance is going to be better but is not good on the long run.

    Also, what kind of work out? For how long? how frequently? Are you dieting? Do you take recreational 'energy powder' too?

    The only thing that can be answered so far is that you will experience withdraw symptoms whatever it is that you are taking.
