I've always considered supplements, recovery drinks, etc. to be merely something to spend your money on because you're excited about working out. A healthy diet and lots of water are all you really need, in my opinion.
You're training to be healthy. Why then put a bunch of manufactured stuff in your body?
- Actually i'm training for a few events but want to do it right and not find months later i still need the supplementsliveforever
