Some cultures, like Japan, see things differently. We should emulate countries like this. Even during Katrina, Americans looted and shot each other up. While during the Japan quake the Japanese were completely civilized... and Americans were completely dumbfounded at how people could be so civil. Americans are the tantrum-throwing toddlers of the world... discourteous, greedy, selfish.
