"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

This 2nd amendment that pro-gun folks keep humping was written so that if the government got out of line, we could form militias to combat it. Musket to musket, cannon to cannon.

What the hell is your militia going to do against today's USA military? Absolutely nothing. A thousand militias? Nothing. They'd be fleas on the military's back. They could wipe us out with the flip of a switch, and you think you're going to be a hero with your 9mm tucked in your pants.

Also it's funny how the same people who are so pro-gun are simultaneously very pro-military and are always in favor of spending huge amounts of taxpayer money on funding it. You would think they would be opposed to military spending.

You built up the military so mighty, but you'll never be able to put up a fight.

It's not really about the 2nd amendment anymore. It hasn't been for 100 years. Gun owners grasp for excuses to justify their need for a killing machine. It's all psychological. They are scared, paranoid people. They've got little-man syndrome. They like to call liberals "pussies". Hey, you're the one who feels the need to own a gun... who's the real vag?

    • i defend my right to gun ownershoip and speak out against their illicit use. why should be like me suffer from reactionary legislation?albums
    • reactionary legislation?albums

    • Point I was trying to make is, gun-owners like to point to the 2nd amendment... when it is obsolete garbage.CanHasQBN
