    stretches, calisthenics (no gym and no machines) and rope almost every day (if the schedule permits and not exactly the same hours) in total of one hour.
    sometimes some shadow boxing or wing chun basic movements.
    basket if enough good weather 3 times a week.
    live in Amsterdam so I bike a lot and make some night rides in my fixed sometimes.

    Still i don not consider myself in that good shape.
    I smoke a lot of hash.
