I use this as a a supplement to Google Analytics. I find some info, especially for quick lookups or general curiosity, is easier to find here.
I find it breaks down the movements of a single user in a far niceer fashion than Google, and a quick scan at one or 2 pages of the 'Visitor Info" filter could tell you if they are people or bots.
