    This is odd.... maybe a symptom of publications laying off wise photo editors, as usually when a "red carpet celebrity papparazzi who doesn't know lighting" is assigned to do something like this, somebody smart hires a veteran production team, smart sylists, art directors, MUA's and at least 2 very experienced lighting tech assistants...

    I've been one of those people on one of those teams when I was a photo assistant years ago.... there's a weird vibe where the assistants know they are doing the so-called "photographer" a fucking huge favor, rescuing him from embarrassment....
