Well your actionscript is ok, but you have no concept. Your navigation / sorry everything on your site looks like plug-in from flash kit.
As for design... well you missed that boat.
Back to your special skills, I only say this to help you. Look at your work and your site. Then be honest with yourself. Ask yourself am I even comparable to group94.com
And you the only person pluging your own site in the PBS. Get over yourself and your might be able to make something out of your skills. With your current attitude you guaranteed to fail.
