    The only thing I have against this Microsoft device is the availability of apps, I only want a touch surface for music production. The apps I want are on an iPad. until that changes, the app store will get my money for things like all the Korg apps and Beatsurfing, etc. That is the only reason I have an iPod touch, for some Moog apps, Kaossilator, and iMaschine plus a myriad of other noise & beat generators not available for Android or Windows devices.

    Support for Windows app development is strong but who will cater to all 3 or choose Windows over Android while still catering to the iDevices? If these music production companies continue developing their apps for Windows, I'll consider it then.

    • You do realize that this is a full windows device? you don't need apps, the full application will work.zarkonite
    • Well, Metro needs 'apps' but you can run desktop.ETM
    • running ableton and a moog synth app are totally different. you realize I want the app right, not full applicationalbums
