A movie written around Hollywood's recent purchasing of any "brand" people are familiar / nostalgic towards.
Example: Battleship: The Movie...
Expect to see board game movies, video game movies, etc. using any/all brands, identities, personalities, etc. as Hollywood moves away from originality and risky filmmaking towards familiarity and guaranteed box office turnout...
I guess this is evident, already; just my 2 cents...
