i have a current client that requires a meeting every time a change is made. for example, they change a sentence in a brochure - small enough, doesn't change the layout / flow at all...
"let's meet on thursday to discuss."
so we haul in to their office (40min away) where we look at it printed at 50% on 8.5x11 paper and they say "ok, great. we have two more changes. send us a new PDF and then we'll meet to look at those."
we're getting a (fairly large) flat fee - so no hourly charges for meetings - plus even if we did charge hourly, each meeting is literally 10 minutes long.
