    Everything is low fat because everyone assumes fat makes you fatter.

    It's true if you're taking in a lot of carbs, the fat is stored and the carbs are used for an instant energy hit, unless you have too many of those, then they're also converted to fat.

    If you cut down to next to no carbs, ketosis is triggered and your body starts to digest fat for energy, both stored and consumed fat.

    • Meaning, eat as much fat as you want, cut sugars out all together.kalkal
    • Cutting out carbs AND sugar is basically impossible in an urban environment or if you want to enjoy your lifebiusness
    • I never said you'd enjoy it. It isn't impossible but it is very hard. You have to go out of your way to burn those carbs if you have any at all.kalkal
