I don't think there is a 'best' software or plug-in that will master the tracks for you, what you need is:

    A) A reference track (from a known band/ artist (on CD or WAV, not mp3) that you like the overall sound.

    B) SOMEONE that has the ear, the experience and the equipment to master a track properly.

Software plug ins on its own will just make the track sound louder, and it can really hurt your track.

If you are looking for someone to master tracks, email me and I can refer you to a sound engineer that will do it right for fairly economic price.

I've been producing tracks for more than 10 years and I'm still not confident to master my own tracks the way I would like to. In fact its a standard deal that a record label will do their own mastering on tracks from their artists.

    My 2 cents.

If you want to learn about mastering on your own, that's another thing.
