Sorry to hear that mang!
I have been Laid off in the past TWICE and it sucks. But in the end it always works out for the best. Don't panic, channel that energy to improve your portfolio and resume, start sending to agencies in the area, and take some classes for interactive design. If you work w a big agency you don't need to program anything, just your understanding of layout/ content organization plus some basic understanding on how thing works, should be enough.
