    The sniper/recon class can be a very effective class if one uses it to its strenghts. Let's say your team keep getting pushed back, you can set down a spawn beacon close to the objective(s). The MAV is also very helpful specially in high traffic areas and more infantry based maps. also like this -->

    It all depends on your play style and tactics you use such as flanking the enemy using a semi auto sniper rifle or pdw or if you have a god like aim then it's better to be far but close to the objective(contradicting, I know). There are ways to be effective as a recon specially an aggressive one and there are ways to not use the recon class which most noobs do it.

    • i used to use SoFlams a lot but my teams hardly use Javelins, and when I use Javs when i see someone is using to SoFlammoldero
    • the Soflam, they dont operate them , just drop them with no aiming so their basically uselessmoldero
    • i need to play with you guys, ill get on again next week and track you guys down for some gameplaymoldero
    • we don't use soflam either, we use laser painter from the chopper and citv from the tanks.valente
