    when I used to work in telemarketing selling cell phone (circa 2000),
    we would "menace" our prospective clients based on their fears,
    old person = imagine if you fall, break something and can't reach the phone or yell for help..etc
    parents = you will feel safer knowing your kids can reach you anytime,...etc

    Just go up to them and play on their fears,
    yo, saw an awful head trauma yesterday,
    it's crazy the number of PARENTS that don't know how to put a fuckn helmet on their kids,
    sigh
