  Value of Euro is determined by many different factors.

  Few underlying factors
  - based on foreign exchange with other currencies
  - debt load individualized by different countries as a collective
  - trade import / export payment made in conversion of the trading country (tied to foreign exchange - countries need to buy currency X to buy goods from that country X)
