You can register a trademark under product or service I don't think a design company is classified under a product do you? If I were to use the name before registering the trademark I would have a harder time registering the mark.rasko4, it's ok say all you want. the domain is getting sold today 100% sure, if derek dosn't want it I do have another person thats interested in the name, derek was just first to reply so im being fair.
I don't really care what you guys have to say about the name. If you don't like it and your not interested in it why post negative comments.
