Im amazed how stupid you are for not making a proper trademark search, now I can't say i own the trademark, because registering a trademark is a long process LONG process, already 2 of my descriptions of the services have been abandoned, the 3rd one is in process and if they approve the description of the services, the trademark will be mine with in 2 years after that. My mistake with the previews descriptions were that they were not detailed explanations. If you don't believe me make a trademark search in canada under the name you will find 2 abandoned attempts because my lawyer keeps getting letters back saying the services arn't explained in detail. So basically as soon as my 3rd revised services details gets approved and that takes around 8 months the trademark will be mine, about a year after that. So Iv put about 2,400 into a lawyer registering a trademark for me so far.
