Seriously?
I find those boxes on app forms a fucking nightmare to complete BUT as an employer, that section and the Hobbies and Interest sections are the only ones i pay any real attention to. They can be an incredibly valuable insight into the candidate.
So fill them in, fill them in with something interesting, something quirky, something to start a conversation. I once wrote that I was chaperone for Kim Wilde during a Saturday morning kids TV show ('Get Fresh' for all you Eighties throwbacks). Got the job too.
