  Anyone ever encountered a 'Running the Gauntlet' style job interview? Have never heard of this before but on Monday I have an interview whereby before any potential employee is hired they sit at the front of a meeting room for about 2 hours and department by department the entire staff (about 80-100) come in to meet, hear your background and ask any questions they wish to. Then afterwards all the staff report back to the owner of the company with their impressions/opinions.
