TOTALLY AGREE.
I had an iphone for 6 months and this happened (also happened to my gf on every ipod she has ever had). so of course i went to the store for a replacement.
I spoke to a genius (so genius he works in a apple shop), i explained, he said they dont replace them. So for a phone that cost £500 they dont replace the cables that are made of paper thin plastic within warranty. That must cost them a whole 50p to make.
I asked for a complaints department. he said they dont have one, he said apple dont have a complaints department only feedback. Wow. What an arrogant bunch of rampaging homosexuals apple truly are.
