I think it made around 14mil this weekend, which of course will only go down so it's not going to rake in a lot of money. Maybe 14mil opening weekend isnt bad for the kind of movie it is, the issue though is people are expecting this to be some standard issue horror movie which I think is really working against it because it's not what people think it is.
It's a dilema though because you cant really say much about it without giving it away, so it's just almost destined to fail in the theaters. Most people don't have any idea how brilliant this movie is unless they just take a chance on it.
