When your employer decides to change 401k programs and decides to make 401k meetings mandatory and in those meetings you find out its mandatory because they signed auto enrolled everyone up for a 401k plan, and to opt out you have to jump through hoops, and the reps cant even answer your questions or give you a definitive answer if you have opted out correctly. Really annoying.
