  scarabin sounds like the worst kind of douche.

  how about just be yourself, hang out, see what happens? nothing wrong with honesty in life. don't try and "be" anything. if you do that, then you have to maintain whatever veil you mask yourself with after that.

  i say who gives a fuck. say what you want, don't be something you're not, and who cares what you say or don't? people accept you or they don't, and the ones who judge you or reject you probably you're better off without anyway.
