  was just cc'd on an email from a client to a referral-
  client introduced us to referral, then told them that the work we do for them (client) composes about 60% of our total time.

  looking at the numbers, the truth is that this client actually takes up 04% of our time.

  i'm not sure where they came up with that number, not having any access to our client list. or why they would even say that. or, even how to respond.

  it's all just odd...
