There's some nice worked intermixed with images that look like casually shot images of your friends.... you can often light well... some of the facial expressions are great, some are sort of lukewarm in a nice way, but a few are just not quite right....
I'd edit it to about half of what's there... even one page of killer shots is better than 4 pages if there are a few not so pro shots in there.... people tend to see the one or two not quite as good shots as defining more than you want... great photographers are great because they throw out almost-great work, and have enough great work to not have any filler...
I say this if you're looking to show yourself as a solid photographer who might get a few clients, not just a guy with a camera....
