  Mood: Annoyed, Frustrated

  The internet has made realtors obsolete. Every time I go out with my realtor I always end up taking the lead. I've got all the listings as soon as they hit the market, directions, and all the information I could ever ask for about any property all through my iPhone, while she's fumbling around with her papers, all disoriented and looking like a fool.

  She's completely unaware of the resources available to the public and is always surprised when I mention something she's ignorant about, like I just performed some sort of magic trick or something.
