lately the pro bono, for friends work has been killing me. I designed a shirt last year for a friend for a non profit event. This year he contacted me a month ago asking if I was interested in helping do a shirt again. So I said no problem send me all the info, dates, sponsors, etc. I even emailed him again a week later because I didn't receive anything.
I don't hear a single thing from him until two days ago when he leaves a vmail asking to show what I had and that he needs the artwork to the printer friday (today). This leads to a voicemail tag back and forth with with me asking him to send me info and him asking me if I got anything done yet. Finally we speak on the phone and I tell him my exact email address 5 times. .
I stop at a coffee shop (i'm on the road) a few hours later and still no email. Then the next day he sends me a text "hey I sent the file to your hotmail account! thanks!" you've got to be kidding me.
