why is now, derek2 asking me here about VIDEO?

why is that so important now, video is may be? a old format transport-i only use it (final cut or adobe premiere 5.0) derek2 (i know video a bit i have done job of 7 months(in 1999) on hi-band edit suit!!! when i have used it has been only in the variety for freinds or family-as when my grandfather did a lot of shooting hoses to do IT. rounf christams. more often than , it was better for him(grandfather) to have one hi-band tape of the horses to spool continuous!! but not now.
