    Thanks guys.

    I like Nakama but will have to be careful approaching them as they have a fairly close relationship with the agency (me, my boss, the studio manager etc). I want my notice to come from me.

    I work full time (salary) at the moment. Am looking to move to contract / freelance in order to free up time to work on some of my own projects. A 3 weeks on, 1 week off kind of deal.
