place i used to work at, boss man got angry with the signage install crew for taking left-overs from the job sites and cashing them in at the recycling. not small things either, like 150 lb cast plaques and such. during the confrontation (in front of quite a few of us) boss picks up a cordless drill and launches it across the room, about 20 ft or so, and it smashes on the wall close to one of the installers. didn't come to blows, but was really tense. odd ending here, installers left the argument with a raise...
