Zimmerman was town watchman with a licensed weapon. He was kind of chosen to look into anyone who he deems as suspicious. I think a kid walking slowly in the rain looking at houses qualifies as something to check out.

So he follows him. After that we don't know what happened outside of what the 13 year old witness saw, which was Zimmerman on his back being pummeled by Trayvon, then a gun shot.

Zimmerman walks, end of story, which is what should happen, if that is in fact all we know. You can't put a guy away for life without knowing for a hard fact that he attacked first, which we just don't know right now and may never know. And if that's the case it's just the right thing to let him go.

But black people will protest, riot and loot anyway. They enjoy that apparently. It seems like when white people protest it's over wars and bigger shit like that. Black people do it over one lost black kid without even know ALL of the facts.

    • He WAS NOT a town watchman, he was a self-appointed captain of a small neighborhood watchJosev
    • The handgun was NOT issued to him, it was his personal weaponJosev
    • The police didn't even follow proper procedures when he gave his account of what happened, which is why the FBI has stepped in.Josev
    • has stepped in. They didnt even contact all of the witnesses.Josev
    • Besides... WTF would a town watchman be? Is this 1887 London?ETM
