they're pretty big for a company, but its only asking for 1-3 years experience. he asked me a month ago if i moved back on my own, i don't think they'd be willing to pay for relocation. its not just that, its just i haven't spoken to them at length about the opportunity- and they want a decision quick. i can quickly relocate, its just the cost of it and uncertainty of the job duties--- is it common to get a job offered after just a phone interview though? a few industry friends tell me yes, when people i ask outside of the industry are shaking their heads...
