  I think we should start a thread in which yay/nay votes can be counted about shutting down new registration altogether. I think enough of us will collectIvely agree to closing off new memberships if it means ending this spam assault.

  Additionally, is there a captcha on registration? Are these humans doing the spamming or bots?
