    I found the problem:
    I usually install all my AE version in a special folder called "Video" (Applications/Video).
    The installer of yours assumes, that AE should be located only at the "Applications" folder... So because it hasn't found AE at the expected place, it created a new folder series inside Applications: "Adobe After Effects CS5/Plug-ins/Format/Trapcode/Tra...

    I simply put all the necessary files now at the right place and it works.

    P.S.: Maybe it's wise to put AE back just inside the Applications folder...?!
