It is just another way of increasing your odds, nothing more. So I say yay.
I've met several women online, some are (were, rather) great, some not so good. 2 decent relationships (one an actress - when I was in LA, one a laywer), but many not so great dates.
Good, overall, though. Just make sure you go for coffee and save the cash for a 'real' date. Like if there will be a next time out.
I only ran into one girl that I would classify as 'psycho'. Ha! That was fun, calls every morning at 4 am!
