the miniml fonts are worth the investment...
if you have the font working in one place on your site and fucked up in another, the problem isnt with the font.
this topic has, as someone else mentioned been covered a lot around here... run a search of the PV-AN for pixel fonts, bitmap fonts, etc. and perhaps you'll find more tips.
and im with quamb... it doesnt hurt to be more pleasant when youre asking for favors.
