    I've heard good and bad about the Detroit(birmingham) offices.

    Good
    -Get to work on some big accounts with big, established brands
    -Payscale for junior and mid-level designers is above average for the area
    -Office culture seems pretty laid back (most of the time)

    Not-so-good
    -Lots of personalities to deal with
    -A lot of credit for ideas gets stolen and or watered down by clients and account/project managers
    -Expect longer hours and weekends during deadlines and crunch periods
