Niko, I really can't say much negative about PSD2HTML. Their feedback is pretty steady, the project managers are good communicators (most located in the USA), and the turnaround time is fantastic. They use a farm of slicers and templatizers, but these dudes are pros. Sure, they might be in India somewhere in a cave, but they have been doing site slicing and template integration for a few years day in and out, so they are top-notch results.
Actually, now that I think about it, their JavaScript is kind of sloppy. It always works well, but it's not always optimized or written as succinctly as could be.
